A Men's Sober House in White Bear Lake

Blue Bill Circle sits in a residential pocket of White Bear Lake, a suburb on the lake of the same name northeast of Saint Paul. Colin's Place serves men only, in keeping with the single-gender model The Anthony House runs across all of its properties.

One of Four Anthony House Residences

Colin's Place is part of The Anthony House network alongside the Anthony House in Maplewood, Jake's Place on Saint Paul's West Side, and Michael's Place elsewhere in the city. All four operate under the same staff and house standards, and the organization also supports Firefighters With PTSD.

Recovery Housing Standards in Minnesota

Minnesota certifies sober homes on a voluntary basis through the Minnesota Association of Sober Homes. Certification is not required to operate, and a house's status with MASH is one factor among several a resident or family can weigh when comparing options in the area.

White Bear Lake's Place in Ramsey County
