Marshall House Men's Sober House

About this Sober House

Marshall House is a men's sober living home in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in Ramsey County, on Marshall Avenue near the Merriam Park neighborhood. It is one of ten Rejuvenate Homes residences in the Twin Cities metro.

A Men's Sober House on Marshall Avenue

Marshall House houses men only, on a corridor lined with small businesses, churches and residential blocks that runs between Saint Paul and Minneapolis. A resident here can reach either downtown without leaving the Marshall Avenue bus line.

One of Ten Rejuvenate Homes Residences

Marshall House operates under the same rules, fee structure and application process as the rest of the Rejuvenate Homes portfolio, so a resident is never locked into one address if a different house fits better later.

What MASH Certification Commits This House To

Certification through Minnesota Association of Sober Homes means Marshall House has agreed to a published code of ethics, written disclosure of fees and rules, and an outside complaint process, the record that separates a certified sober house from an unregulated rental.

Between Saint Paul and Minneapolis

Marshall Avenue's position near the Ramsey and Hennepin county line means residents can reach either downtown for work, treatment or court obligations, a genuine advantage over a house tucked further from the twin urban cores.

Applying to Marshall House

Rejuvenate Homes manages applications for Marshall House, and a certified operator must lay out its weekly fee and house rules in writing before move-in.
