53 Victory House Men's Sober House

About this Sober House

53 Victory House is a men's sober living home on Lake Shore Drive in East Falmouth, Massachusetts, in Barnstable County. It operates under certification from the Massachusetts Alliance for Sober Housing.

A Men's Sober House on Lake Shore Drive

Fourteen men live at this East Falmouth address, part of a residential stretch of the village away from the seasonal rental market along the water. East Falmouth sits within the town of Falmouth on Cape Cod's Upper Cape, close enough to year-round services that a resident is not limited to what a smaller Cape town could offer on its own.

What MASH Certification Establishes

The Massachusetts Alliance for Sober Housing certifies this residence on the condition that it publishes a code of ethics, discloses fees and rules in writing before move-in, keeps a written relapse and discharge policy, and accepts complaints reviewed outside the house. Certification in Massachusetts is voluntary, which makes holding it a real signal, not a formality.

Recovery Housing on the Upper Cape

Falmouth is one of Barnstable County's largest towns, and its year-round population supports outpatient treatment, a hospital and a job market that many smaller Cape towns lack in the off-season. A men's sober house in East Falmouth puts a resident inside that network without requiring a move off Cape.

Reaching This East Falmouth Sober House

Applications go directly through the operator. Before moving in, the certification this house holds obliges answers on the weekly fee, whether a manager lives on site, how bedrooms are assigned and what happens after a relapse. A certified sober house has to put those terms in writing.
