About this Recovery House

Severn Home - Crownsville is a men's sober house on Angelina Court in Crownsville, Maryland, in Anne Arundel County.

A Men's Sober House in Crownsville

Crownsville sits between Annapolis and the Severn River, a small unincorporated community that gives this house a quieter footing than a location closer to the county's commercial corridors. Severn Home runs the property as gender-specific housing built for adults moving out of residential treatment.

One of Several Severn Home Locations

The Crownsville house shares its operating model with the operator's other Anne Arundel County houses: structured, sober living for men, with residents expected to be actively working a recovery program elsewhere.

What Maryland Certification of Recovery Residence Operators Establishes

Maryland Certification of Recovery Residences (MCORR) lists Severn Home, LLC among Maryland's certified recovery residence operators under COMAR 10.63.08, a status that requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, and a complaint process outside the house.
