True Nature Recovery Recovery House

About this Recovery House

True Nature Recovery operates a recovery residence in Chestertown, Maryland, the seat of Kent County on the Upper Eastern Shore.

A Recovery Residence on the Upper Eastern Shore

True Nature Recovery, LLC appears on Maryland's statewide list of certified recovery residence operators, placing its housing in Kent County. A specific street address is not published, so anyone comparing this option against others on the Shore should confirm the exact location with the operator directly.

What Maryland Certification of Recovery Residence Operators Establishes

Maryland Certification of Recovery Residences (MCORR) lists True Nature Recovery, LLC among the state's certified recovery residence operators, a status the Behavioral Health Administration grants under COMAR 10.63.08. Certification requires a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, and an outside complaint process.

Recovery Housing in Kent County

Chestertown is the seat of Kent County and home to Washington College, along with the county's outpatient behavioral health providers. Kent County's recovery housing options are limited compared with the Baltimore area, which makes a certified operator here a meaningful option for Upper Shore residents who would otherwise have to leave the county.

Reaching True Nature Recovery

Inquiries go directly to the operator. Worth confirming before applying: current availability, what the weekly cost covers, and whether the house accepts referrals from outside treatment providers.
