Sage Center is operated by a certified operator. The Family Recovery Program holds Maryland Certification of Recovery Residences, requiring a written code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, and a documented relapse and discharge policy.

Residents here are parents whose children were removed due to substance-related concerns, and the apartment comes paired with intensive case management connecting them to healthcare, transportation and job placement as they work to meet reunification requirements.
