What FARR Certification Would Mean Here

Florida's only DCF-approved certifying body for recovery residences is the Florida Association of Recovery Residences, and certification through it is voluntary under state law. A certified house has agreed to a written code of ethics and an outside complaint process; a house without it has simply not gone through that voluntary step, and a prospective resident can ask an operator directly where a given house stands.
