One House Inside a 14-Home Network

Choice House operates roughly 14 individual homes across Louisville, housing between 30 and 40 men across 43 bedrooms at any given time, and Front B is sized to fit that larger structure. Men can move between houses in the network as their phase of recovery changes, without leaving the same operator, the same clinical team or the same city.

Sober Living Backed by a Full Clinical Team

Front B residents have access to individual therapy, a case manager and a program director, plus weekly psychiatric and medical appointments, layered on top of intensive outpatient group work that starts at nine hours a week. Four twelve-step meetings weekly and sponsorship expectations round out the schedule.
