Cholla House Men's Sober House

About this Sober House

Cholla House is a men's sober living home in Phoenix, Arizona, in Maricopa County. It is certified at Level 2 by the Arizona Recovery Housing Association and operated by Saguaro Recovery LLC.

A Men's Sober House Operated by Saguaro Recovery

Cholla House serves men in recovery under Saguaro Recovery's upscale sober living model, which pairs a furnished home and gym access with a shared community dinner five nights a week. The operator's other three houses sit in Scottsdale and Cave Creek, making Cholla House its Phoenix location.

AzRHA Certification and AZDHS Licensing

Cholla House carries Level 2 certification from the Arizona Recovery Housing Association, and Saguaro Recovery states its houses hold licensure through the Arizona Department of Health Services. Those are two separate credentials, and holding both gives a prospective resident more than one record to verify.

Structured, Single-Gender Housing

Keeping Cholla House men-only means house meetings, shared space and daily structure are built for one population rather than split across a mixed household, a distinction that matters most in the early, less stable months of a recovery plan.

Recovery Housing in Phoenix and Maricopa County

Phoenix gives Cholla House residents direct access to Maricopa County's outpatient providers, public transit and entry-level job market, three things a structured sober living placement has to account for once residential treatment ends.
