A Women's Sober House in Dobson Ranch

Cottonwood sits inside Dobson Ranch, a planned Mesa community with its own schools, churches and a municipal complex. A private pool and high-speed internet are included, and a lakeside park nearby gives residents somewhere to walk that isn't a parking lot.

Highway Access From Dobson Ranch

Highways 60 and 202 both run close to Cottonwood, which keeps a job or a treatment appointment elsewhere in the Valley within a short drive even though the neighborhood itself reads as quiet and residential.

One of Several Spero House Homes in Mesa

Cottonwood operates alongside Hilton, Edgewood, Hall, Lazona and Kino under Spero House Sober Living, all serving women in the Mesa area. A resident who needs a different neighborhood or a different set of housemates can move within the same operator.

A Community Built for Daily Life

Schools, a library and a municipal complex inside Dobson Ranch give Cottonwood residents errands, appointments and civic services within the same community they are living in, without a drive into central Mesa for basic needs.
