Each Zero Tolerance home operates under a clear and consistent structure that includes curfews, mandatory house meetings, drug screening, and strong peer-to-peer accountability. Homes are designed to foster a brotherhood of support, where residents are encouraged to engage in 12-step programs, pursue employment or education, and develop life skills needed for lasting independence.

Alberto Flores, widely known as “Bee,” is a respected figure in the Massachusetts recovery community. With years of lived experience and a history of helping others navigate sobriety, Bee founded Zero Tolerance Sober Living to provide the type of housing and mentorship that once helped him. He is known for his tough-love approach, his dedication to residents’ success, and his hands-on leadership at each home.
Bee brings deep personal experience and a compassionate approach to his work in the recovery community. As a Recovery Coach and leader of the Broken Chains Biker Church, he is deeply invested in helping individuals rebuild their lives. His dedication extends to supporting ex-convicts in their transition back into society, drawing from his own journey to inspire and guide others toward positive change. Zero Tolerance remains dedicated to its mission of providing safe and structured housing for men and women in recovery. By fostering supportive environments, the organization empowers its residents to create solid foundations for substance-free, independent living.
