XChange Recovery frames its work around faith, describing its approach as walking alongside residents through an open-ended recovery process. That framing has held for more than two decades, giving the organization a longer track record in southwest Washington than most single-house operators in the area.

Homes Across Clark County

XChange Recovery runs five sober living homes in Clark County:

• The Grace Lodge, in Battle Ground, for women.
• Faith Farm, on NE 119th Street in Vancouver, for men.
• Heart Change, in Vancouver, for men.
• Serenity House, on NE 37th Avenue in Ridgefield, for women.
• Hope Haven, on NE 37th Avenue in Ridgefield, for women.

The organization keeps its headquarters in Ridgefield, where two of its women's homes are also based, and reaches south into Vancouver and Battle Ground for the rest of its houses.

Certification Through Washington's NARR Affiliate

Several of the organization's homes carry certification from the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences, which binds a certified house to a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and rules, and outside review of complaints.

Harm Reduction Alongside Housing

XChange Recovery maintains a Narcan vending machine at its Ridgefield facility, making overdose-reversal medication available beyond the residents currently in its houses. That step reflects an operator treating overdose risk as a community problem, not one confined to people already under its roof.

Serving Men and Women Across Southwest Washington

The organization keeps its houses single-gender across the portfolio, with men's homes in Vancouver and women's homes in Battle Ground and Ridgefield. A resident who needs a different setting later has other XChange Recovery addresses in the same region to ask about.
