Funding for the Recovery Homes comes through the Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division.

Entry runs through a central admissions department rather than through individual houses. Recovery Home residents need an assessment placing them at ASAM level 2.1 or 3.1 from a treatment provider in the state, must have completed residential treatment or be in outpatient care, and must be employed full-time or enrolled as a full-time student.
