The Step Up Inn is a Level II sober living residence dedicated to supporting women in all stages of recovery from substance use disorders. Located in West Haven, Connecticut, this 12-bed facility offers a structured, nurturing environment aimed at helping residents regain stability and independence. Key Features

• Level Type: Level II (structured sober living with peer support and house management)

• Genders Served: Women only

Recovery Model

The Step Up Inn utilizes the 12-step recovery model, encouraging residents to actively participate in peer-led recovery communities such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). This approach supports residents in building a solid recovery foundation through structured living and community engagement.
