Why Sanctuary Addresses Are Hard to Find

Rhode Island's behavioral health open beds service publishes recovery housing availability by town only, a policy the state explains as protecting resident privacy. RICARES follows the same practice and prints city and ZIP code without a street. For Sanctuary Recovery Houses that means street numbers do not appear in any public record, and inquiries go through the operator directly.
