Revenant Recovery was founded by two people with their own recovery experience, working from a 12-step model built around peer support, structure and accountability. The company's motto, Revive, Rebuild, Reclaim, describes the arc it built its housing around.

Four Sober Living Homes and a Transitional Program

Revenant Recovery runs four sober living homes and a structured transitional program:

• Josephine House, a Victorian residence in Denver's Capitol Hill area, with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms.
• Taft House, in Lakewood, recently renovated with eight bedrooms across two levels.
• Welch House, in Lakewood, a remodeled duplex run at a smaller scale.
• Van Gordon House, in Lakewood, set in a quieter location near the foothills.
• Resurge, a 12-week transitional program bridging residential treatment and independent sober living.

Three of the four houses sit in Lakewood and one in Denver, all within Revenant Recovery's Jefferson County and Denver metro footprint.

Certified Through Ohio Recovery Housing - Colorado

All of Revenant Recovery's residences are certified through Ohio Recovery Housing - Colorado, the body Colorado's House Bill 19-1009 requires for a residence to take state referrals and funding. Certification obliges a published code of ethics, disclosed fees and house rules, and an outside complaint process. Colorado does not publish a certification level for any individual residence.

Support for Medication-Assisted Recovery

Revenant Recovery accepts residents on medication-assisted treatment across its houses and its Resurge program, so a resident stabilized on a prescribed medication is not asked to choose between treatment and housing.

One Application Across the Denver Metro Area

Applications go through Revenant Recovery directly, whether the fit is one of the four standard sober living homes or the fixed 12-week Resurge program. A resident who needs a different pace or a different city within the operator's footprint can raise it with a company that already knows them.
