About OneSource

OneSource is a sober living operator based in San Antonio, Texas, running certified Redeemer House recovery residences for women and children across Bexar and Guadalupe counties. The organization operates as a program of the E.H.S. Crow Foundation, a registered nonprofit, and its four TROHN-certified homes carry Level III certification.

A San Antonio Recovery Housing Provider for Women and Children

OneSource runs its Redeemer House program specifically for women and their children, a population many sober living operators are not set up to house. Every Redeemer House accepts mothers alongside their kids, so the housing has to provide space for a family unit, not just a bed for one adult.

Four Redeemer House Locations

The operator runs four Redeemer House residences:

  • Redeemer House Butler Road, in San Antonio.
  • Redeemer House Lee Hall, in San Antonio.
  • Redeemer House Lee Hall II, in San Antonio.
  • Redeemer House Schertz, in Schertz.

Three sit inside San Antonio and one in neighboring Schertz, a short drive east in Guadalupe County. The cluster gives residents access to the same city services and the same OneSource staff no matter which house they are placed in.

The Discovery Journey Program

OneSource structures recovery around a twelve-week program it calls the Discovery Journey, built on a faith-based framework the organization calls the Life Model. Residents work through personal character development and identity planning alongside the housing itself, and the organization partners with the San Antonio Ready to Work Initiative for job skills training.

TROHN Level III Certification Across the Portfolio

All four Redeemer House residences carry Level III certification from the Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network, the more closely supervised of the two levels TROHN issues in Texas. Level III fits a program serving women with children who often need more structure during the early months of recovery. Certification in Texas is voluntary, and carrying it on every address is a deliberate signal.

Applying to a Redeemer House

Applications go through OneSource, and placement depends on space and on fit with the Discovery Journey program. A mother entering recovery with children in tow is the population the organization built its housing to serve. A woman without children is also eligible, and staff place residents across the four houses as space allows.
