Olive Branch Culture homes hold Level 2 certification from the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences, Washington's NARR affiliate. Certification is voluntary in Washington, so certifying this much of a six-house portfolio is a deliberate choice to operate under a published code of ethics and an outside complaint process.
