The organization is co-owned by Jasmin and her husband Frank, who have extensive experience assisting individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Their mission is to create welcoming environments that promote personal growth through sober living.Brad, the house manager, brings personal recovery experience and has previously been involved with the Oxford House in South Carolina before becoming a Recovery Coach and house manager for Mosaic House in Rhode Island. ​
