  • Structured Recovery Phases: Residents progress through defined phases, earning increased privileges as they demonstrate commitment to their recovery. For instance, men write a "goodbye letter" to their substance of choice at the end of Phase 1, sharing it during a house meeting.

  • Supportive Environment: The program emphasizes the importance of taking the necessary time to heal, repair relationships, and develop self-care techniques, especially for women eager to reunite with their children.

  • Community Integration: Residents participate in house check-ins, weekly dinners, and are encouraged to attend 12-step meetings, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.

  • Inclusivity: The residences welcome individuals on probation, in drug court, or those utilizing medication-assisted treatment (MAT), reflecting a commitment to supporting diverse recovery pathways.
