Lifeline Connections
About Lifeline Connections
Lifeline Connections is a Washington sober living operator in Vancouver, running eleven certified recovery residences for men, women and families across Clark County.
A Clark County Behavioral Health and Housing Provider
Lifeline Connections is a licensed behavioral health agency that pairs its clinical treatment programs with a network of standalone recovery residences. The housing itself is peer-structured: residents keep their own outpatient providers and case managers, and the residences supply a stable address, house rules and accountability while treatment happens elsewhere in the organization or with outside providers.
Eleven Recovery Residences in Vancouver
Lifeline Connections operates its recovery housing entirely within Vancouver: a coed Recovery Residence and a second coed Recovery Residence II, a Women's Housing Residence, a men's Recovery Residence, three units of the True Hope Recovery Residence serving men and women, and three Women and Children's Recovery Residences for mothers housed with their children. Concentrating this many households in one city lets Lifeline Connections move a resident between properties without a change in caseworker, court or clinic.
Housing for Women and Children Together
Several of the Vancouver residences are built specifically for mothers in recovery who need to keep custody of, or work toward reunifying with, their children. That model answers a barrier that keeps some women out of recovery housing altogether: a program that would otherwise require leaving a child behind.
WAQRR Certification Across the Portfolio
Lifeline Connections' Vancouver residences are certified through the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences, the state's NARR affiliate. WAQRR certification is voluntary in Washington, and an organization that certifies this much of its housing portfolio has committed it to a published code of ethics and complaint review independent of the agency itself.
A Regional Recovery Housing Network in Clark County
Vancouver sits across the Columbia River from Portland and serves as the largest city and commercial hub of southwest Washington. Lifeline Connections' concentration of eleven residences there gives residents access to the city's courts, outpatient treatment providers and job market without leaving the agency's own service area.
Reaching Lifeline Connections in Vancouver
Applications and referrals go through Lifeline Connections directly. Because the agency runs both clinical treatment and housing, a resident moving from one of its programs into a recovery residence, or between residences as household needs change, stays inside a single organization the whole way through.
