Kent House runs its houses on a Recovery Model, distinct from a purely peer-run or purely clinical approach, and holds MASH certification at NARR Level II at each of its addresses. The operator states it also runs a third house in Northborough, though that location is not yet reflected in state certification records.

Kent House operates:

• A men's house on Janet Circle in Shrewsbury.
• A men's house, Kent House - Milford, on Main Street in Milford.

Both towns sit in Worcester County, letting Kent House apply one admissions process and one set of house rules across both addresses.

A Choice of Recovery Frameworks

Kent House encourages residents to engage with whichever recovery community fits them, whether Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, SMART Recovery or Refuge Recovery, instead of requiring one specific program.

A Consistent Admissions Process

Every Kent House applicant submits a completed application with a current medication list, followed by a phone interview, and can include an optional biopsychosocial assessment.

Serving Worcester County and Central Massachusetts

Shrewsbury and Milford both sit in Worcester County, and Kent House has built its certified footprint there while working toward a third location in Northborough.
