All five houses appear on the state's certified list, maintained by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services and Ohio Recovery Housing. Certification is granted house by house, so a prospective resident should confirm the specific address they are applying to carries current status.

Applying Through This Ohio Sober Living Operator

Street addresses are not published for Ohio's certified recovery residences, and applications go through KAV Health Group directly. One application can be considered against multiple houses in either city, which simplifies a transfer if a different house or population fits better later.
