Jake Janas brings extensive experience in aftercare and addiction recovery. Before founding J&J Recovery, he worked as an aftercare coordinator at a local CSS program, referring individuals to recovery programs and building strong community connections. Inspired by the loss of his best friend to an overdose, Jake named one of the homes in his memory, turning personal tragedy into a mission to help others rebuild their lives. As an operator, Jake values the autonomy of his house mentors, encouraging them to manage the homes uniquely while providing support and guidance as needed. He is passionate about assisting residents in their recovery journeys and fostering a family-like atmosphere in each home, believing that treating each other like family, even for a short period, is crucial to the recovery process. J&J Recovery remains dedicated to its mission of providing safe, structured, and supportive sober living environments.
