House of Mercy Ministries
About House of Mercy Ministries
House of Mercy Ministries is a faith-based sober living operator serving men across Washington State, with a residence on South 336th Street in Federal Way, in King County. Bob and Barb Faulk founded the organization in 2005 after Bob began visiting prisons and opening his own home to men leaving incarceration without housing.
A Faith-Based Washington Sober Living Operator
House of Mercy Ministries describes its mission as healing culture by restoring lives in transition through safe, supportive housing, leadership training and discipleship. The organization has grown from Bob Faulk's own home into a program serving hundreds of men annually.
Shared Housing With Accountability
Residents live with roommates under House of Mercy Ministries' shared-housing model, with regular drug screening and structured accountability. The organization pairs that housing with employment services and leadership training aimed at helping men rebuild independent lives.
A Statewide Presence
House of Mercy Ministries operates locations across Washington, including Federal Way, Bellingham, Tacoma, Seattle, SeaTac, Tukwila, Spokane, Yakima and Aberdeen, giving the organization a footprint that spans both sides of the Cascades.
Serving Federal Way and South King County
The Federal Way location sits between Tacoma and Seattle, putting residents within reach of both cities' job markets and outpatient providers without requiring a move to either.
