For fourteen years, Frederick J. Farley Sr. managed and mentored residents at a Bridge Street recovery house then known locally as the Oxford Recovery House, a name tied to its location and unrelated to the national Oxford House organization. When the organization was renamed Freddy's House in 2020, it expanded from that single Bridge Street address into Belvidere and the Highlands.
