Eudaimonia Sober Homes
About Eudaimonia Recovery Homes
Eudaimonia Recovery Homes is a sober living operator in Texas, running six recovery residences across Austin and Houston under one phased program and one staffing model.
Six Texas Houses in Two Cities
Eudaimonia splits its Texas houses by city and by gender, and each address is run to the same house rules:
- Rustic Creek, a men's house on Northeast Drive in Austin.
- A men's house on Waverly Street in Houston.
- A men's house on Dumble Street in Houston.
- A women's house on Parkfield Drive in Austin.
- A women's house on Quail Meadow Drive in Austin.
- A women's house on Eastcrest Drive in Austin.
A Multi-State Operator With Deep Texas Roots
Beyond Texas, Eudaimonia runs recovery residences in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Utah, Nevada, Tennessee, Florida and Louisiana. Every Texas house uses the company's three-tier staffing model: resident managers living on site, care advocates working with residents day to day, and a director over the property. A house that size normally runs on a single house manager, so the added layers are what a resident is paying for.
A Phased Program Tied to Milestones
Residents advance through three phases, and the milestones are concrete: steady employment, an active sponsor relationship, clean drug screens and meeting attendance. Curfews and overnight passes loosen as a resident clears each phase. Furnished rooms, utilities and Wi-Fi are included at every stage, so the quoted rate is close to the true cost of living there.
Room Options Across a Range of Budgets
Houston rooms run from about $575 a month for a shared five-man room up to roughly $1,000 for a two-man room. Austin rooms start near $800 a month per resident, and the Austin property publishes seven different room configurations reaching about $3,000 a month for the most private options. A resident can move between configurations as work and income steady out.
Outpatient Treatment Alongside the Housing
An intensive outpatient program is available in Austin for an additional fee. Combining clinical treatment and housing under one organization spares a resident the work of coordinating two providers and two schedules in early recovery.
Certification and Public Records
Texas neither licenses nor certifies recovery residences. Certification through the Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network is voluntary, and Eudaimonia does not currently appear on that list in Texas. Plenty of established Texas operators do not, and absence from a voluntary list says nothing about how a house is run.
Who These Houses Suit
Eudaimonia's Texas houses fit residents leaving detox or residential treatment who want a fee-based, milestone-driven program with clinical support available in the same organization. Anyone who still needs on-site medical supervision is a poor match for any Eudaimonia address.
