Divine Holiness Outreach Ministry is a faith-based sober living operator running certified recovery housing in Missouri's Bootheel region. It operates New Day Recovery Center in Caruthersville and a second New Day Recovery Center location in Senath, both certified with the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers.

A Bootheel Recovery Housing Provider

The ministry describes over twenty years of combined staff experience and organizes its program around health, home, purpose and community. Housing is the anchor; care coordination, spiritual counseling, recovery coaching, group services and transportation are built around it so a resident's plan does not depend on driving from provider to provider on his own.

Two Sober Living Homes in the Bootheel

Divine Holiness Outreach Ministry runs two recovery homes:

• New Day Recovery Center, on East 18th Street in Caruthersville, for men.
• New Day Recovery Center, in Senath, for men and women.

The two sites are roughly thirty miles apart, both inside the Bootheel, and both work from the same care-coordination model.

MCRSP Certification Across Both Sites

Both locations are certified with the Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers, Missouri's NARR affiliate, which is voluntary under state law. Choosing it anyway commits the ministry to a code of ethics, written fees and rules, and outside complaint review on every address it runs, not just the one with a public-facing site.

Serving the Missouri Bootheel

Caruthersville and Senath sit inside the flat, river-bordered Bootheel that makes up Missouri's southeastern corner, a region with comparatively few certified recovery homes. A ministry running two locations here gives residents a fallback address inside a part of the state where options are otherwise sparse.
