About Community Treatment Integrations of Oklahoma (CTI-OK)
Community Treatment Integrations of Oklahoma (CTI-OK) is a sober living operator and behavioral health nonprofit in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in Tulsa County. It is a registered 501(c)(3) providing counseling, substance use treatment, mental health care and recovery housing, and it operates nine certified Stepping Stones recovery residences in the city.
An Integrated Recovery Housing Provider
Most recovery housing operators are housing organizations that refer residents out for clinical care. CTI-OK is a clinical provider that also houses people. Its published mission is integrated care, viewing an individual's health and social challenges through a wide lens, and its service list runs from children's mental health through adult substance use disorder treatment, problem gambling and gaming services, counseling, court diversion and family preservation and reunification. Recovery and supportive housing sits inside that list as one service among several.
Nine Stepping Stones Sober Homes in Tulsa
The operator runs nine certified residences under the Stepping Stones name, all in Tulsa and all certified by the Oklahoma Alliance for Recovery Resources at Level 3:
- Stepping Stones #2, for women, six beds.
- Stepping Stones #3, for women, five beds.
- Stepping Stones #4, for women, four beds.
- Stepping Stones #5, for men.
- Stepping Stones #6, for men, six beds.
- Stepping Stones #7, for women, four beds.
- Stepping Stones #8, for women, five beds.
- Stepping Stones #9, for men, five beds.
- Stepping Stones #10, for men, five beds.
Street addresses are not published for certified residences in Oklahoma, and CTI-OK places residents itself. The cluster is tight, all inside one city, so moving between houses leaves a resident's job, bus route and outpatient provider unchanged.
Men's and Women's Sober Houses as Separate Households
Every Stepping Stones residence is single-gender, and the operator runs five women's houses and four men's houses. Splitting at the house level means house rules, meetings and shared space are written for one population. It also gives the operator room to place someone precisely: a woman who needs the quietest household has two four-bed options, and a man who does better with more people around has the larger houses.
Level 3 Certification Across the Portfolio
All nine residences hold current certification with the Oklahoma Alliance for Recovery Resources at Level 3, the supervised tier. Level 3 describes an organization behind the house with paid staff, administrative oversight and a written program. Certification is granted residence by residence and is voluntary under Oklahoma law, so an operator carrying it on every house it runs has chosen to work inside a published code of ethics and an external complaint process across its whole portfolio.
One Application, Nine Recovery Homes
Applications go to the organization. A man applying in Tulsa is considered for any of the four men's houses and a woman for any of the five women's houses, so a transfer after move-in is a conversation with people who already know the resident. Fees, expectations and the certification standard are the same at every address.
Clinical Leadership Behind These Tulsa Sober Homes
The executive team includes a chief executive who is a licensed professional counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counselor, a medical director who is a doctor of osteopathic medicine, a director of operations, an assistant clinical director and a clinical director who also supervises the organization's Bartlesville site. The organization is accredited and regulated by outside bodies and maintains a crisis line. For a resident, that means the housing is answerable to a clinical governance structure and not only to a landlord.
