About Branch15, Inc.
Branch15, Inc. is a sober living operator based in Bethany, Oklahoma, running certified recovery residences for women across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas and into western Oklahoma. The nonprofit was founded by Amy Groeschel and describes its mission as building a Christ-centered community for women recovering from addiction, incarceration, trafficking and domestic violence. Seven houses carry the Branch15 name, all of them certified at Level 2 by the Oklahoma Alliance for Recovery Resources.
A Christian Sober Living Operator for Women
Branch15 runs its houses on four stated values: greater connection, greater competency, greater character and greater confidence. In practice that means residents are expected to build relationships, hold a job or pursue education, and take on responsibility inside the house as they progress through the program. The organization keeps its administrative office in Bethany and has grown from a single house to a seven-home network without changing that core structure.
Seven OKARR-Certified Sober Homes
Branch15 operates the following women's sober living homes:
- Hope House, in Bethany.
- Faith House, in Warr Acres.
- Grace House, in Oklahoma City.
- Redemption House, in Oklahoma City.
- Restoration House, in Clinton.
- Harvest House, in Tulsa.
- Journey House, in Owasso.
All seven are certified at Level 2 by the Oklahoma Alliance for Recovery Resources, and the houses range from a seven-bed home in Owasso to a nineteen-bed home in Bethany, so the network covers a wide range of household sizes. Oklahoma's Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services does not certify residences itself; its own recovery housing page points families back to OKARR for exactly this reason.
What OKARR Level 2 Certification Establishes
Level 2 is the entry structured tier OKARR certifies, and it commits Branch15 to a published code of ethics, written disclosure of fees and house rules before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and outside review of complaints. For a family evaluating a faith-based sober living operator from out of state, that record is the part they can actually verify, separate from anything Branch15 says about itself.
A Statewide Network for Women in Recovery
Branch15's footprint runs from Bethany and Oklahoma City through Warr Acres in the Oklahoma City metro area, east to Tulsa and Owasso, and west to Clinton. That spread means a resident who needs to relocate for work, family or safety reasons can often stay inside the same operator and the same set of house rules while changing cities entirely.
Applying to a Branch15 Sober Living Home
Applications for a Branch15 house go directly through Branch15 itself. The questions worth asking at the operator level are the ones a faith-based, multi-house program should be able to answer clearly: which house has an open bed, how the weekly structure differs between an entry-level house and a longer-tenure one, and how a transfer between houses works if the first placement is not the right fit.
