Both Ellensburg residences are certified through the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences, Washington's NARR affiliate, which requires a published code of ethics, written fees and rules, and an outside complaint process. Carrying certification on both houses reflects a clinical organization applying the same external standard to its housing that it already applies to its treatment programs.

Support Beyond Housing

Barth Clinic also runs the Evelyn Ann Center, which provides housing assistance, hygiene supplies, resume support and tutoring, and Harrison Hall, a space for daily twelve-step meetings. Residents of either sober house have access to that wider support network without leaving the organization.
