About An Angel's Wing
An Angel’s Wing Inc. (AAW) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2017 in Lewiston, Maine, by individuals personally affected by the opioid crisis. Their mission is to end the opioid epidemic in Androscoggin County and the broader state of Maine by providing comprehensive support to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder (SUD). AAW offers a range of services, including recovery housing, harm reduction initiatives, treatment placement assistance, and community outreach programs.

Cory’s Place: A 10-bed women's recovery residence in Winthrop, focusing on women with children in protective custody.
