Alpha House Recovery keeps houses in two distinct parts of the state: a cluster in Ridgefield, in Clark County near the Oregon border, and two more in Yakima, the commercial hub of Central Washington's agricultural valley. Running in both markets gives the organization reach across very different parts of the state without concentrating everything in one metro area.

Homes Across Ridgefield and Yakima

Alpha House Recovery operates five homes carrying the Alpha name:

• Alpha 1, on East Spruce Avenue in Yakima, for men.
• Alpha 2, on NE 37th Avenue in Ridgefield, for men.
• Alpha 3, on NE 37th Avenue in Ridgefield, for men.
• Alpha 4, on NE 37th Avenue in Ridgefield, coed.
• Alpha 6, on South 12th Avenue in Yakima, for men.

Three of the five sit in Ridgefield and two in Yakima, roughly 170 miles apart on opposite sides of the Cascades.

Certification Across the Alpha House Recovery Homes

Every Alpha House Recovery residence carries certification from the Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences, Washington's NARR affiliate. WAQRR certifies house by house, so a certified operator running every one of its homes through that process has committed the whole portfolio to a published code of ethics and outside complaint review, not just a single flagship address.

Serving Men and a Coed Household

Four of the five Alpha House Recovery homes serve men only, and the fifth, Alpha 4, runs as a coed household. That structure gives the operator a way to house a couple or a resident who wants a mixed household without folding them into a single-gender house built around different rules.

A Network Spanning Central and Southwest Washington

Between Ridgefield and Yakima, Alpha House Recovery covers two very different parts of Washington: the Portland-adjacent growth corridor of Clark County and the agricultural economy of the Yakima Valley. A resident transferring between the two would be moving between distinct regional economies, not just changing addresses.
