Santa Clara is a small city west of St. George along the Santa Clara River, and this is the only Access Foundation property located outside St. George or Cedar City proper. The setting is quieter than the operator's larger St. George cluster, without the same commercial frontage nearby.

Santa Clara borders St. George directly, so residents here are not cut off from the county's job base, outpatient providers or the operator's other houses. A short drive covers the distance between the two cities, keeping The Parkway inside the same practical network as the rest of Access Foundation's properties.

The Recovery Residence Program at The Parkway

The house runs on Access Foundation's usual structure: a case manager assigned to each resident, an expectation of steady work, and a program built around a stay that typically runs close to a year. The sliding fee policy applies here the same as at every other property in the network.

The Parkway is licensed as a recovery residence by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Licensing, under Utah Code 26B-2-117 and Administrative Code R501-18. Applicants work with Access Foundation directly to arrange a placement.
