Rise Again Housing Marlin Women's Recovery Home

About this Recovery Home

Rise Again Housing Marlin is a certified women's sober living home in Marlin, Texas, in Falls County, operated by Rise Again Housing as the one women's house in an otherwise men's portfolio.

A Women's Sober House in Marlin

This is the only women's residence Rise Again Housing runs among its Texas houses. Its street address is not published, so the location is best understood by city and county: Marlin is the seat of Falls County, a small city in Central Texas along the Brazos River.

What TROHN Level II Certification Establishes

Rise Again Housing Marlin holds Level II certification through the Texas Recovery Oriented Housing Network, TROHN, the state's NARR affiliate. Level II describes a monitored, peer-managed model, with clinical care coming from outside providers. Because certification is voluntary in Texas, an operator that holds it across its portfolio, including its one women's house, has chosen a published code of ethics and outside complaint review as a standard practice across every house it runs.

One Women's House in a Men's Network

Being the operator's sole women's residence means a woman referred to Rise Again Housing in Texas is referred here specifically, regardless of which city she starts in. That concentration can mean a longer trip for some residents, but it also means the house is not competing for the operator's attention against several similar women's properties.

Recovery Housing in Marlin and Falls County

Marlin is a small county seat, and its outpatient and social-service network is smaller than what a resident would find in Houston, Dallas or Bryan. That scale suits women looking for a quieter setting away from a larger city's pace, though anyone needing a deep bench of specialist providers nearby should weigh Marlin's size against that need before committing to the address.
