A Men's Sober Living Home in Murfreesboro

Keep It Simple sits on South Church Street, a corridor near downtown Murfreesboro with access to outpatient providers and the services a resident needs while working a program. Being part of Cumberland Heights ties the house to a much larger continuum of addiction treatment based in Middle Tennessee.

Backed by Cumberland Heights' Treatment Network

Cumberland Heights runs detoxification, residential treatment and extended care from its main campus on River Road in Nashville, along with outpatient locations across the state. Keep It Simple gives Rutherford County residents a sober living option connected to that same organization instead of an unaffiliated house.
