One12 Recovery Women's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

One12 Recovery is a women's sober living home in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in Hamilton County, built around a twelve-step recovery model.

A Women's Sober House Built on the Four C's

The program organizes its approach around four principles: choice, connection, courage and change, treating recovery as a personal decision residents actively make, not something imposed on them by a set of house rules alone.

Deep Access to Chattanooga's Twelve-Step Community

Chattanooga hosts a wide range of twelve-step fellowships, including AA, NA, HA, CMA and CR, and One12 Recovery leans on that density directly, encouraging residents to find a sponsor, work the steps and commit to a home group nearby.

Peer Empowerment as a Core Value

Residents are encouraged to build genuine connections with each other, leaning on shared experience to build self-esteem and support one another through the harder stretches of early recovery.

Giving Back to the Community

The program frames service to the community as part of recovery itself, a way for residents to find purpose and rebuild self-esteem after choices made during active addiction.

Certified Through TN-ARR

One12 Recovery is a certified organization under the Tennessee Alliance of Recovery Residences, giving residents and families a documented standard for the program's fees, rules and complaint process.
