A Small Coed Sober House in Waverly

Four beds makes this one of the smallest certified houses in the area, and combining men and women in a single small household under the Supervised level gives the operator on-site staff coverage to manage that arrangement closely. A house this size means residents know each other well.

What Supervised Certification Requires of This Recovery Residence

Ohio Recovery Housing requires a certified house to maintain a written code of ethics, disclose fees and house rules before move-in, keep a written relapse and discharge policy, and answer to a complaint process outside the house. The Supervised level is the most staffed of the state's three tiers.
