About this Recovery House

Couples is a coed sober living home in Miamisburg, Ohio, serving Montgomery County. Ohio Recovery Housing certifies the residence at the Managed level, and it houses eight residents.

A Sober House Built Around Couples in Recovery

The name signals the household's focus: partners working through recovery together under one roof. Eight beds and the Managed level's staff oversight give a coed household of that size a written structure to lean on.

What Certification Establishes for This Recovery Residence

Ohio Recovery Housing is the state's affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences, and since the start of 2026 its certification and the state recovery-housing registry have been the same list. A certified home discloses fees and house rules before move-in, keeps a written relapse and discharge policy, and answers to a complaint process outside the house.
