Marian Ave Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Marian Ave is a men's sober living home in Lima, Ohio, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing and serving Allen County.

A Men's Sober Living Home in Allen County

The house serves men only, and every bedroom, bathroom and shared space reflects that single restriction. Five beds keeps the household small enough that residents know each other by name within a week, which is the scale peer accountability depends on. House rules apply evenly across the household.

What Managed Certification Requires of a Recovery Residence

Ohio Recovery Housing certification obligates a written code of ethics, fees and house rules disclosed before move-in, a documented relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process that sits outside the house. The Managed level pairs peer leadership with staff oversight, while clinical care stays with providers the resident already sees.

The street address is not published, and placement runs through the operator. Ask what the weekly fee covers, how an open bed gets filled, and how a complaint reaches someone outside the house; certification guarantees an answer to each.
