Certified Recovery Housing for Men and Women

Several certified residences operate under the MAK Rentals name in Franklin Furnace, housing men and women separately, and each is certified individually by Ohio Recovery Housing. Certification requires a published code of ethics, fees and house rules disclosed before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process that runs outside the house.

A Wheelchair-Accessible Sober Living Home

Wheelchair accessibility is uncommon among sober living residences, and it matters directly to a resident whose mobility needs would otherwise rule out group housing. MAK Rentals offers it here alongside its other Scioto County location in Portsmouth.
