Cambridge Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Cambridge is a men's sober living home in Dayton, Ohio, in Montgomery County, certified by Ohio Recovery Housing at the Managed level and operated by Envision Wellness Living.

A Managed Sober Living Home for Five Men

The house holds five beds, small enough that residents recognize every name at a house meeting. Its population is exclusively male. The house pairs peer accountability with staff oversight, and clinical treatment, if a resident is receiving it, comes from an outside provider in the community.

Montgomery County Recovery Housing and Its Requirements

Ohio Recovery Housing certification means the house has committed in writing to a code of ethics, disclosed its fees and rules before anyone moves in, and adopted a relapse and discharge policy a resident can read in advance. A complaint about the house goes to a process outside it, run independently of the operator.

Recovery Housing in Dayton While Rebuilding a Routine

Dayton is the seat of Montgomery County, and the city carries the courts, the transit system and the hospitals a daily routine in recovery depends on. Residents commuting to work or a treatment appointment are rarely far from any of them.
