What Managed Certification Requires of This Recovery Residence

Ohio Recovery Housing certification, merged with the state recovery-housing registry since the start of 2026, requires a published code of ethics, fees and house rules disclosed before move-in, a written relapse and discharge policy, and a complaint process outside the house. The Managed level means peer leadership with staff oversight, and clinical treatment stays with outside providers.
