Eight Dimensions of Wellness Model
Carole's House of Hope utilizes the Eight Dimensions of Wellness Model, that focuses on eight categories or dimensions; Social, Occupational, Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Environmental and Financial. By applying the model, each participant becomes more aware of the connection between each dimension and how they contribute to healthy living. The courses, groups and activities offered at CHH are geared toward addressing participant identified goals in each of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. Each participant is required to complete assessments that allow the staff to determine what courses and activities would be most beneficial in helping this young lady reach her goals.
