A Men's Recovery Home in the City

Osage serves men working through Mission Gate Ministry's residential recovery program from a St. Louis address. For a man who needs steady work and a bus route more than open land, the city placement is the more practical fit.

Mission Gate Ministry's Christian Recovery Program

Osage runs on the same faith-based, long-term structure as every other Mission Gate Ministry house: application through the ministry, phased progress, and family reunification built into the later stages instead of left to chance at discharge.

St. Louis Recovery Housing

St. Louis functions as both a city and a county in Missouri's structure, and it carries the state's densest concentration of outpatient treatment, courts and public transit. A resident at Osage draws on all of it without leaving the neighborhood.

Missouri Sober Living Certification

The Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers certifies homes on a voluntary basis, and absence from its list is not a mark against a house. Osage's operator, Mission Gate Ministry, is certified-eligible and runs housing across four counties.

Mission Gate Ministry's St. Louis Network

Osage is one of four men's guest houses the ministry keeps in the city, alongside Louisiana, Nebraska and Daniel's House, giving a resident options within one operator if a different house fits better.

ABOUT US Mission Gate offers programs at facilities for men both in rural Missouri and in the City of St. Louis. Our nine-month (or longer) programs help men begin new lives through Christ and prepare to be reunited with their families. We accept men who are newly released from prison or coming out of addiction, who understand that Mission Gate is a Christ-centered program, and who have submitted an application.
