Hermann House Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Hermann House is a men's sober living home in Hermann, Missouri, in Gasconade County, operated by Learn to Live Recovery, LLC. It is one of two men's residences the organization runs in the small river city.

A Men's Sober House in Hermann

Hermann House serves men working through recovery from substance use in a single-gender household. Hermann is a small city on the Missouri River, and a resident here is choosing a quieter setting than the St. Louis or Jefferson City metros, with the town's own downtown, employers and outdoor river access within easy reach.

Part of the Learn to Live Recovery Program

Learn to Live Recovery runs Hermann House alongside a second men's property in the same city, The Barn. Both operate under the same organization, so a resident who needs a different setting within the program can move without changing who oversees his care.

Recovery Housing in Gasconade County

Hermann is the seat of Gasconade County, and options for structured sober housing in this part of east-central Missouri are limited outside the St. Louis corridor. Hermann House gives men from the surrounding county a local place to live while working a recovery program without relocating to a bigger city.

Applying to Hermann House

Applications go through Learn to Live Recovery, not directly to the house. A prospective resident should expect the organization to ask about current treatment status, work readiness, and whether Hermann House or The Barn is the better fit before intake.
