This sober house holds fourteen single beds for men, and while the exact building number is not published, Commonwealth Avenue itself runs through the same Allston-Brighton corridor where ATCNE bases its other three houses.

Commonwealth Avenue joins a men's house on Gardner Street, a women's house on Englewood Avenue and a coed house on Quint Avenue as ATCNE's full residential network. Keeping all four within the same part of Boston means a resident who transfers between houses stays in a familiar area.
