ABOUT US Providence Farm is an extended care community-based and community-supported sober home for 18-30 year old men who have completed treatment for substance use disorders. Our house is on 2.3 acres in Northbrook, Illinois, central to Chicagoland's North Shore and Northwest suburban communities. We are a unique recovery community environment, providing comprehensive age and gender appropriate support in addition to a drug and alcohol free residential environment.
