About this Recovery House

A Better Way Ministries operates a men's sober living home on Stallings Road in Senoia, Georgia, in Coweta County. The faith-based residential program runs an eighteen-month recovery track built on discipline, work and discipleship.

A Men's Sober House on Stallings Road

This sober living home in Senoia serves men only, in a rural setting outside the city's small historic downtown. Coweta County's seat is Newnan, and Senoia sits close enough to it and to the wider Metro Atlanta job market for residents to reach outpatient providers and steady work without leaving the county.

An Eighteen-Month Faith-Based Recovery Track

A Better Way Ministries structures its program in three phases over eighteen months, longer than most sober living stays, with an explicit focus on discipline, work ethic and discipleship rooted in Christian faith. Residents entering the program should understand that the length and the framework are both deliberate, not incidental to the housing.

No Required Fee, a Suggested Donation

The ministry does not charge a required entry fee. It asks a suggested donation of fifteen hundred dollars to help cover housing and care during a resident's first forty-five days, a structure that keeps the program accessible to men who arrive with little money while still sustaining its services.

Coweta County and the Senoia Area

Senoia has grown as a small city inside Coweta County, within reach of Newnan, the county seat, and the broader south Metro Atlanta area. That proximity gives the program's residents access to outpatient care, churches and employers without requiring a move to a larger city.

Reaching A Better Way Ministries

Men apply directly to the ministry. Worth asking: how the three-phase structure works month to month, what the suggested donation covers, and what is expected of a resident in the program's early weeks. A faith-based program built around this much structure should be able to walk through all three clearly.

We are a Christ centered facility, we do not practice any other customs or rituals contrary to the worship of the Lord Jesus Christ. There are four phases of A Better Way Ministries. Each phase is and its duration will be determined by the student's commitment to your studies and overall attitude. It will not be easy. A Better Way is not a glorified, drop-in center. It is a type of spiritual boot camp for men that want to be free from life-controlling issues. Each phase of the ministry is structured to insure growth and success in their future. These phases are subject to change due to their behavior during their time here. Privileges are added through the course of their time here.
