Recovery Road Sober Living Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Recovery Road Sober Living is a men's sober living home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in Volusia County, on North Dixie Freeway.

A Men's Sober House on North Dixie Freeway

Recovery Road Sober Living, registered as a limited liability company, houses men only on North Dixie Freeway, the corridor that runs along New Smyrna Beach's western edge and connects the city to the rest of Volusia County. The house builds its program around peer support and mutual accountability among men working toward the same goal.

Re-Create, Don't Rebuild

That phrase is the house's own description of its philosophy: recovery here is framed as building something new, a distinction that shapes how the house talks about its program to prospective residents.

What Certification Status Does Not Tell You

Florida treats sober living certification through the Florida Association of Recovery Residences as voluntary, so a house's absence from any list says nothing about whether it operates responsibly. Anyone considering Recovery Road Sober Living should ask directly about its current certification status, weekly fee, and house rules.

Volusia County Recovery Housing on the Coast

New Smyrna Beach sits in Volusia County, whose seat is DeLand, along Florida's Atlantic coast south of Daytona Beach. The city's smaller scale compared to its larger neighbor gives a men's sober house here a quieter setting, with Daytona Beach's larger service and treatment infrastructure still within a short drive.
